Spring (April–May)

Our three homeowner tiers cover everything from basic weekly mowing + cleanups (Silver Season) to full-property care including snow and garden beds (Eco-Complete). The Gold Estate tier is our most popular — it includes weekly mowing, 4 fertilizer applications, spring and fall cleanups, and core aeration. Most Calgary homeowners find it’s the sweet spot of price and results.
Commercial, Strata & HOA Packages
For property managers we run commercial yearly contracts that include weekly common-area mowing, routine inspections, liability-grade snow and ice management, seasonal cleanups, and dedicated account management. We’ve run contracts for properties across Calgary, Airdrie, and Chestermere, and we’re set up with proper insurance, WCB coverage, and commercial equipment.
