What Core Aeration Actually Does
A true core aerator pulls hundreds of small plugs of soil out of your lawn — not spike aeration, which just pushes compaction deeper. Those plugs leave behind little channels that finally let oxygen, water, fertilizer, and overseeded grass seed reach the root zone. Within a couple of weeks your grass wakes up; within a month you can see the difference.
We only do true core aeration, using commercial-grade walk-behind aerators and stand-on units for larger properties. No shortcuts, no liquid “aeration” products.
